Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Domestic shipping rates

Karel Woodcraft offers free shipping in Canada for all orders placed on this website. Free shipping is fulfilled using Canada Post Regular Parcel™. If you want faster shipping, you can select between Expedited Parcel™, Priority™ or Xpresspost™. All the details about these options can be found on Canada Post's website.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

US & International shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All the details about the shipment method can be found on Canada Post's website.

If the shipment method you selected offers a tracking number, it will be sent to you by email. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Karel Woodcraft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Karel Woodcraft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We invite you to reach out first. We allow returns withing 30 days of the purchase date. You must ship the product back to our head office, at your expense. We highly recommend shipping with a tracking number. Karel Woodcraft will emit a refund upon receiption of the returned item.
